I was given an upgrade due to lack of inventory at the time, however that car had serious problems. The maintenance overdue message was displayed on dash and rearend or wheel barring s were extremely loud. I took it back and they gave me another care in same group but different make and also comp d the gasoline. So I think they handled the situation perfectly. Turned a negative into a positive.

The line at the desk was a bit long, only 2 employees but once that way done everything went very well. We walked in the garage and the car came straight from the car wash. Drop off was great, under 10 minutes.
The car that we had picked out online was not available. So they upgraded our car. Without us even asking they just told us they would. Gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful

Excellent shuttle service. Car rental service process went smoothly. The woman at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. I was so grateful she suggested the Sunpass for the tolls. Because there are lots of tolls on Florida highways and I just drove thru them and it scans the car plate and bills the Car rental company. Drop off was also very easy just parked it and gave them the keys. Brand new car I was the first person to drive it. Very comfortable car. Overall I was very pleased.
