I used a third party to book. Then I learned the issues with the “full waivers”. Now I’ll book directly, thanks to the brilliant, knowledgeable service from the young lady at reception. She’s GOLD! Asked for feedback on the Kia K4 I was given (which is excellent, btw). In short, price, service and car were impeccable compared to others at Cairns. I’ll definitely use you guys again! Five stars!

Easy check in and pick up and same for drop off 2 weeks later. Fantastic vehicle to explore Australia with! Cairns Mackay Sarina Beach Tambo and through the Outback to the south coast and on to Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road.
