I like the fact that even if you have only taken basic insurance they do not spend time trying to coerce you into taking out overpriced additional insurance options. Everything went smoothly.

Checkout was handled nicely, but the supervisor sitting behind the person helping us, and effectivly doing nothing other than watching, was really weird. The supervisor should at least have a badge on explaining why she was there.
