The staff at Ballina Sixt are always amazing, they are friendly helpful and get you in and out as quickly as possible. This time we accidentally left my son’s cap in the car when we dropped it off and the staff member went above and beyond to make sure we got it back before we flew home. Incredible service, and never disappointed when we hire from Sixt in Ballina.
The rental company, Europcar, and the rental itself was good, but the cost of the agency commission at 28GBP, which I was not expecting, plus foreign currency conversion fee of 20AUD made the rental much more expensive than if I had booked directly.
Car was perfect, Sixt staff at Ballina airport were helpful, had fun banter with me, and polite.
