Easy and swift experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car was in excellent condition and we ended up with a better car than what we are expected.

You are 2 years out of date Europecar has not supplied cars from the downturn location for the last 2 years it cost us a $ 20.00 Au$ to get to the pick-up location at Mitchell in North Canberra & another $ 20.00 Au$ to get back to the bus depot, you need to update your records

Staff were super friendly and gave clear, easy instructions on where to find the car and where to return it. They even went above and beyond by explaining where to refuel before drop-off, which was really helpful since the station was nearby and on my way.
