Staff very kind and trying to help their best. After a misunderstanding about pick-up they even offered a car upgrade.
FOX was amazing! Car was cooled down and ready to go the second we arrived. They even helped with loading our bags and let the kids and my mom sit in the cool car while we signed papers. On return, they drove my mom to the terminal so she didn| t have to make the walk across the street with her bags. AMAZING service

Can be a long wait at the desk, just depends on time of day. Staff were very helpful once you got to them.
First, the ad clearly states full coverage insurance and unlimited mileage is included. But it isn’t. When I talked to a representative she told me over and over that meant it was offered and I’d need to buy it. Well, I did pay for full coverage yet couldn’t find that in the material I had to print off. When I took it to the car rental it was not included and I had to pay for it again. So it was no bargain, but an aggravation :(
received billing from Economy Booking and Thirty Car Rental, whom I obtained the rental vehicle from, which is currently being investigated as to actual cost my company has to pay for a one day Car Rental. Still awaiting final results of investigation. Please Note: This is Meant to be a Negative Response!!!
Everything was well done, except that we had an exceptionally long wait in line before we reached the desk, and then we had an equally long wait for the car.
Great! They savior me $400 by going through Economy versus renting straight from Rental company. Also, so easy and quick. Defiantly recommend to anyone needing a good rental car!

I| d forgotten my prescription sunglasses which were tucked away in the car and they definitely went to extra effort to get them back to me.
The car was good, I toke more than 30 min on the counter because number of staff there is less than customers, I payed for comprehensive insurance through online and they charged me again in the counter, blocking amount from my bank account was not mentioned in the online process and till now I haven’t received my money back.
This is a car rental broker company so behind there are individual businessess which might be good or bad. My experience was absoutely positive due to the flexibility, availability (and friendly) owner.
