Representative was extremely patient and helpful. She clarified all our concerns and was personable and professional. No big sell for upgrades and obscure insurances! Escorted us to the car and gave us a comprehensive explanation of how it worked. It was a hybrid and was new to us. We were very happy with the process, the easiest Iv’e ever had in the UK. I wanted an automatic and this place was about $500 cheaper than any other! Overall we were very happy with the whole experience. Thank you.
Had a flat tire and changed to spare tire. Customer support were helpful with finding a nearby garage where the broken tire could be changed. Wrote an email about outlay/reimbursement a few days after coming back from vacation, and it was in my account the next day. Were helpful and fast customer service.

This turns into a story ! . On arrival at the enterprise desk in Edinburgh i discovred i had left my cell phone in the taxi . Your staff were unbelievably helpful in assisting me to get numbers for taxi services so i could track my phone and allowing me to use the phone - great service ! I needed assistance with a flat tyre in inverness - no problem phone the breakdown service and received professional , clear and concise instructions on what to do next . The rescue guy was fantastic assisted us to get mobile again . I needed to purchase a new tyre and received excellent service at Inverness Tyre services . Again when i returned the vehicle at Glasgow airport very good service and a promise to refund my excess and the amount i paid for the tyre - Great service all the way round Thank you
Good, timely bus service to and from location. Good counter service. Easy site access for pick-up and return. Car was clean and performed well.
