Very professional staff they don’t force you to take the extra insurance. I did take it because it wasn’t very expensive per day. The car condition wasn’t that great but they go around the car with you and note down every single scratch and dent. When I returned the car there was no problem. He went around the car again, and as you know some companies seem to find different scratches. But this company are genuine. I will not go anywhere else in Thailand. The staff are very friendly. Nice car, lower mileage, in good condition and no mechanical concerns at all. Very easy pickup and drop off. Not a lot of wasted time. I did pick up and drop off at the location off the airport, was staying in Bangkok, so I didn’t experience the pick up at BKK aspect.
