Everything was great from the pick up at the airport to being at the office| s. I was in love with the van. The customer service was great, while I was doing the chain in the guy already had my luggage in the van and all. The girls were super nice. There is an airport shuttle with the most amazing and friendly driver. The car we received was amazing and the experience we had this time with renting a car in Puerto Rico was 100% positive. (we had a really bad experience last year!!!). I highly recommend this company!
