      How to amend or cancel bookings?

      What is your cancellation policy?

      If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 60.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 60.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.

      If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 150.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 150.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.

      If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will not receive a refund.

      No refund will be applied for unused rental days.

      You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started.

      *Or the same amount in USD/GBP at the exchange rate on the cancellation date.

      How do I cancel my booking?

      To cancel your booking, log in to “My bookings” and click Cancel.

      Do I have other options than canceling my booking?

      You can amend your booking in the „My Bookings” section at the website at least 48 hours before your rental is due to start.

      How do I amend my booking?

      Please note that all amendments can be made only 48 hours or more prior to pickup time.

      • Please log in to "My Bookings" section (desktop version), with your email address provided in the reservation and booking number B and 8 digits and in the right corner click the "Modify" button*.

      *Please note if you need to change the driver's name/last name, you can only amend the booking via phone/email.

      • Once you click on the Modify button, in the top left corner click Modify again to have an option to change the dates/time*.

      • Change the location, dates, time you need:
      • Once you made the changes, you can choose the same vehicle* or upgrade to the better class:

      *The rate is dynamic and we cannot guarantee the same vehicle will be available.

      • You can also add/remove the Full Coverage and Roadside Assistance options, (if you have not added them at first) and press "Continue to book".
      • Once you have changed the necessary details and choose the vehicle, you`ll be required to enter your card details again* and click "Complete Booking".

      *The rate is dynamic and we cannot guarantee the same price when change is done.

      Therefore the price might change in case you want to modify that.

      If your prepaid amount decreases, the system will calculate and you`ll be refunded the difference.

      Is the amendment free of charge?

      Please note that if you decide to amend your booking you will be charged an Amendment Fee of 18.00 EUR. If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can amend your booking without Amendment Fee up until 1 hour before scheduled pickup.

      Please note that any amendment such as amendment of pickup or drop-off location, car group, rental period and driver’s personal details may affect rental price which may be different from what you paid initially.

      Please note: prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you arrange before your rental starts. If you pick the car up any later or bring it back any earlier, you will not receive a refund for unused hours or days.
