When we arrived, Dave was so welcoming and helpful. Not just great for Alamo but also a great welcome to USA
The company was Alamo. We were supposed to get a car with Hertz on the Wednesday after booking months in advance and they had no car and the staff were very unhelpful. We cancelled the booking and rebooked with Alamo for the Saturday and the experience was excellent. I particularly want to mention David DiGrazia who dealt with us to give us the car. He was excellent so helpful and friendly and professional, my wife and l were very impressed.
All staff members exhibited exceptional friendliness. On the day of pickup, we were attended to promptly by another staff member to prevent any delays, considering the presence of other patrons awaiting pickup. Throughout the duration of our contract, the staff demonstrated remarkable responsiveness to any concerns or inquiries we raised. Furthermore, on the day of drop-off, the staff efficiently conducted the necessary procedures, facilitating a smooth transition, allowing us to reach the airport without encountering any complications.
Everything went on according to plans. No tiresome attempts to upgrade or buy insurance I didn't need. Very professional and helpful staff.
