You may cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before pick-up. The booking will be refunded to your E-Wallet in the form of BookingCredit™. You may withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings. Cancellation and refund to the original payment method is not available if requested less than 48 hours before the pick-up. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before scheduled pick-up time, no refund will be provided. Bookings made within 48 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.

To get money to your E-Wallet, please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher. You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings. Click on the green button "Overview". Scroll down to find the button "CANCEL" - continue with cancellation. Click on Cancel & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
