    • 1.5.2.
      본 예약 엔진으로 렌터카 예약을 할 때 해당 렌터카 제공업체의 약관을 수락한 것으로 간주됩니다.
    • 1.5.3.
      EconomyBookings은 귀하와 렌터카 제공 업체 간의 계약에 대한 당사자가 아니며, 렌터카 제공업체와 귀하의 계 조건 또는 해당 계약에 따라 고용한 차량에서 발생한 문제 또는 귀하와 렌터카 제공업체 간의 기타 문제에 관하여 어떤 당사자에게도 (직접 또는 간접적으로) 책임을 지지 않습니다.
    • 1.5.4.
      The Customer is obliged to carefully read the rental agreement before signing it when picking up the rented car. The customer’s signature means acceptance of all points in the agreement and all charges.
    • 1.5.5.
      EconomyBookings은 렌터카 업체 또는 렌터카 업체가 렌트한 차량과 관련하여 어떠한 보증이나 진술도 하지 않습니다. 본 예약 엔진에서 렌트한 렌터카를 귀하에게 제공하는 것은 렌터카 업체의 책임입니다.
    • 1.5.6.
      본 예약 엔진에 제공한 렌터카 제공업체의 이용 약관을 렌터카 제공업체가 변경했거나 변경한 경우EconomyBookings은 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
    • 1.5.7.
      EconomyBookings is not responsible for any price change or additional charge made by the car rental provider that is the result of the customer violating the rules of using the car established by the car rental provider.
    • 1.5.8.
      After receiving the confirmation voucher, the customer has no right to withdraw from the completed booking according to the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
    • 1.5.9.
      EconomyBookings is not responsible for commitments deriving from the car rental agreement concluded between the customer and the car rental provider.
    • 1.5.10.
      EconomyBookings is not responsible for information provided by the customer online: wrongly entered or misspelled email addresses, driver names, incorrect phone numbers or credit card numbers.
    • 1.5.11.
      EconomyBookings is not responsible for compensating the customer for damages or losses resulting from the actions or cars of the particular car rental provider not complying with the rental agreement and/or applicable law.
    • 1.5.12.
      If security deposits have been blocked or withdrawn, these transactions are initiated by the particular car rental provider on the basis of the car rental agreement concluded between the car rental supplier and the customer. EconomyBookings is not a rental agent, but brokerage service and can not be responsible for hold transactions.

    당사는 귀하가 렌터카 서비스를 예약한 렌터카 업체에 귀하의 정보를 보내서 렌터카 업체가 귀하의 신원과 차량 렌트 서비스 이용 시간을 알 수 있도록 해야 합니다.
  • 2.3.

    Our company takes care that personal data of the customer are processed according to the personal data protection requirements applicable in the European Union including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. EconomyBookings ensures that the customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with lawful business purposes in order to ensure providing the service requested by the customer. The customer agrees that:

    1. Customer’s email will be used by EconomyBookings to send confirmation of the booking in the form of a Voucher.

    2. Customer’s phone number will be used by EconomyBookings to clarify questions, between supplier and a customer, regarding the booking if they arise.

  • 2.4.
    It is allowed to use EconomyBookings to make car rental bookings. It is prohibited to use the website for illegal purposes: to make bookings that are speculative or false, or to obtain data on car rental providers or their car rental offers. By accepting these Conditions, the customer agrees to use this website only for its legal purpose.
예약
  • 3.1.
    예약이 완료되면 당사의 운영자가 렌터카 업체에 연락하여 예약 요청을 확인합니다. 예약이 확인되면EconomyBookings에서 24~48시간 이내에 바우처(확인된 예약)를 이메일로 보내 드리며, 도착하기 전에 필요한 모든 정보를 보실 수 있습니다. 특정 상황 하에서, 특히 바쁜 렌탈 장소에서는 최대 3일이 소요될 수 있습니다.
    • 3.1.1.
      렌트 시작 전 2일도 남기지 않고 차량을 예약하는 경우, 늦게는 인수 시간 10분 전 마지막 순간에 바우처가 발송될 수 있음을 기억하시기 바랍니다.
  • 3.2.
    Pictures of cars shown on the search page are informative. The rented car provided at pick-up may differ from the one in the picture.
  • 3.3.
    우리는 차량의 특정 제조사 또는 모델을 보장해 드릴 수 없습니다. 바우처 상의 차량은 렌트한 등급의 가장 일반적인 차량입니다. 인수 시, 바우처에 있는 차량 모델이 있으면 제공됩니다. 다른 모든 경우에는 적절한 대체 차량이나 무료 업그레이드를 받게 됩니다.
  • 3.4.
    EconomyBookings은 이메일 주소로만 바우처를 발송합니다. 예약 관련 질문 사항이 있을 경우에만 귀하의 전화번호를 사용하여 연락드립니다.
  • 3.5.
    EconomyBookings에서는 예약 세부사항(예: 국가, 위치 및 렌탈 기간)을 철저히 확인하실 것을 권장합니다.
  • 3.6.
    본 예약 엔진을 사용하는 조건으로, 귀하는 불법적이거나 금지된 또는 본 약관을 위반하는 목적으로 본 예약 엔진을 사용하지 않을 것을EconomyBookings에 보장합니다.
  • 3.7.
    특히 본 예약 엔진에 액세스하면 다음에 동의하게 됩니다.
    • 3.7.1.
      투기 또는 거짓 예약을 위해 사용하지 않습니다.
    • 3.7.2.
      EconomyBookings 의 사전 서면 허가 없이 상업적 목적으로 EconomyBookings 의 이름을 사용하지 않습니다.
  • 3.8.
    한 위치에서 차량을 인수하고 다른 위치에서 차량을 반납할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 추가 편도 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다. 기본적으로 편도 요금은 예약 시 명시된 렌트 가격에 포함되어 있지 않습니다(즉, 편도 요금은 바우처에 표시된 렌트 가격에 포함되어 있으며, 편도 정책에 대한 자세한 정보를 참조하시기 바랍니다. 해당 비용은 렌터카 제공업체의 현지 약관에 따라 부과됩니다).
  • 3.9.
    It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all information provided about the selected car before making a booking as the rental conditions of different car rental providers may vary.
  • 3.10.
    By booking the selected car on EconomyBookings, the customer accepts the rental conditions of the particular car rental provider. EconomyBookings displays rental conditions on the website as approved by the car rental provider at the current time. However, EconomyBookings assumes no responsibility with regard to the customer if the rental conditions or terms and conditions of the particular car rental provider change.
  • 3.11.
    You can amend your booking preferences by submitting a request via the My Booking section of the website no later than 48 hours before your rental is due to start. EconomyBookings warns that modification requests received less than 48 hours before the pick-up date/time will not be processed and EconomyBookings is not responsible for any loss or damages suffered by the customer in this case.
취소, 예약 부도 및 수정, 보상 바우처 코드
  • 4.1.
    Cancellation policy for Fully Prepaid Bookings and Deposit/Partially Prepaid Bookings:
    • 4.1.1.
      If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 60.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 60.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.
    • 4.1.2.
      If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 150.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 150.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.
    • 4.1.3.
      If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will not receive a refund.
    • 4.1.4.
      No refund will be applied for unused rental days.
    • 4.1.5.
      You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started or if the booking did not take place for some reason.
    • 4.1.6.
      If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can cancel your booking without cancellation fee up to 1 hour before scheduled pickup.
    • 4.1.7.
      You can choose the Compensation Voucher in personal cabinet when cancelling your booking. The Voucher is equal to the amount charged during the original booking of car rental services without any cancellation fee. Voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of its issue. It will expire after 24 months and cannot be extended.

    You can cancel your booking in My Bookings section or by sending a cancellation email providing your booking number to: reservations@bookinggroup.com.

    *Or the same amount in USD/GBP at the exchange rate on the cancellation date.

  • 4.2.

    Non-refundable

    The product is non-refundable in the following cases:

    • 4.2.1.
      취소하기를 원하지만 렌탈이 시작되기 전에 당사에 알리지 않은 경우
    • 4.2.2.
      정해진 시간과 날짜에 차량을 인수하지 못한 경우
    • 4.2.3.
      차량 인수에 필요한 문서를 제공하지 못한 경우
    • 4.2.4.
      주요 운전자의 이름으로 된 충분한 사용 가능 금액이 들어 있는 신용 카드를 제공하지 못한 경우
    • 4.2.5.
      If a customer canceled the booking with the supplier directly, instead of canceling on our website EconomyBookings through the My Bookings section where the original booking was made.
    • 4.2.6.
      You made the booking less than 48 hours before the rental is due to start.
    • 4.2.7.
      If within a period of 21 calendar days there is no reply from the Renter to any of the Company’s emails, the case will be closed automatically without any resolution and/or compensation.

    상기 모든 경우에는 결제한 돈을 환불받을 수 없습니다.

    렌터카 회사는 예정된 시간에 도착하여 필요한 모든 서류 및 차량 보증금을 위한 충분한 금액이 들어 있는 주요 운전자 명의의 신용 카드를 제시하지 못한 모든 고객에게 차량 렌탈을 거부할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다.

  • 4.3.

    Amendments

    You can amend your booking in My Bookings section at website at least 48 hours before your rental is due to start.

    Please note that if you decide to amend your booking you will be charged an Amendment Fee of 18.00 EUR. If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can amend your booking without Amendment Fee and cancel without cancellation fee up up until 1 hour before scheduled pickup.

    Please note that any amendment such as amendment of pickup or drop-off location, car group, rental period and driver’s personal details may affect rental price which may be different from what you paid initially.

    Please note: prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you arrange before your rental starts. If you pick the car up any later or bring it back any earlier, you will not receive a refund for unused hours or days.

    EconomyBookings will not take responsibility for modifications arranged directly between the car rental supplier and the customer.

  • 4.4.

    Refusal of Service/Force Majeure

    EconomyBookings has the right to refuse service to any customer, and may cancel a booking with no refund or with partial refund, or delay a refund at any time for the following reasons: whenever necessary to comply with any law, regulation or government directive or request; or due to circumstances beyond EconomyBookings control including acts of God, abnormal weather, outbreaks, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, embargoes, war, and other force majeure events.

  • 4.5.

    Refund request

    If you didn't pick up your rental car, please contact us at support@bookinggroup.com and specify the reason.

    All complaints and/or problems must be received in writing within 30 days from your drop-off date. EconomyBookings cannot process complaints made outside of this period. If your complaint concerns the rental car provider, EconomyBookings will inform you about your options and give you advice on a course of actions.

    If within a period of 21 calendar days there is no reply from the customer to any of EconomyBookings emails, the case will be closed automatically without any resolution and/or compensation. Not applicable for Full Coverage claim requests.

    Please note: For possible compensation in case of a flight delay or cancellation, please contact the airline. Please note that EconomyBookings is not responsible for flight schedules or any inconvenience or additional costs incurred by you as a result of the airline's actions.

  • 4.6.
    보상 바우처 코드
    • 4.6.1.
      You can choose the Compensation Voucher in the personal cabinet when canceling your booking. The Compensation Voucher is equal to the prepaid amount charged during the original booking of car rental services without any cancellation fee. Voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of its issue. It will expire after 24 months and cannot be extended.
    • 4.6.2.
      Compensation Voucher can be used for any payment made on our website and can be used for one or multiple bookings.
    • 4.6.3.
      Compensation Voucher can only be used to pay for EconomyBookings services. Compensation Voucher will expire 24 months (2 years) after the customer receives it.
    • 4.6.4.
      The customer can see the amount of available Compensation Voucher by checking the email inbox, where the Compensation Voucher email was sent, or by contacting us by phone/ email, providing the customer’s original booking number.
    • 4.6.5.
      If you have chosen the rental supplier with a partial payment. It means that credit will be applied only for the prepaid amount and the rest should be paid on arrival. Also you can choose the rental company with the full prepayment to use it completely. Please check the Payments methods in this Conditions for better understanding.
    • 4.6.6.
      The credit from the voucher may be applied only on our website EconomyBookings.
    • 4.6.7.
      The difference on your voucher you may use for future bookings.
    • 4.6.8.
      You cannot use/add the Compensation Voucher directly with the supplier or pay with it, the difference upon arrival.
    • 4.6.9.
      EconomyBookings reserves the right to not issue Compensation Voucher nor a money refund for any transaction that is deemed to not have been made in good faith with the intention to rent a vehicle (e.g., transactions made for the financial benefit of the customer).
결제
  • 5.1.
    일반 조항.
    예약을 위한 결제 모델은 사용된 위치 및/또는 렌터카 제공업체에 따라 다릅니다. 귀하가 요청한 추가 서비스/비용에 대한 결제는 본인이 항상 책임을 져야 하며, 귀하는 해당 렌터카 제공업체에 의해 적용되는 기타 서비스 수수료를 부담해야 합니다.
  • 5.2.
    결제 옵션:
    • 5.2.1.
      EconomyBookings charges the customer for the service as the prepayment when making a booking. Customer pays the rest of the car rental price, as well as any payment for chosen mandatory extras and additional services, directly to the car rental provider when collecting the car at the destination. (Partial prepayment booking).
    • 5.2.2.
      EconomyBookings collects from the customer for the full price of the car booking on its own behalf and on behalf of the car rental provider including the corresponding price of the service and the car rental price. (Full prepayment booking).
  • 5.3.
    결제 방법.

      EconomyBookings은 유로 및 미 달러화 통화로 결제를 처리하고 정산합니다(요청 시 변경 가능).
    • 5.3.2.
      EconomyBookings can't guarantee customer cash payments to be accepted by rental car providers on a pick up.
    • 5.3.3.

      Affirm payments.
      Affirm provides BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) short-term loans and gives customers a way to spread out payments over a fixed period of time. When paying for a booking on EconomyBookings, the customer selects Affirm as a payment method at checkout and receives a single-use virtual card from Affirm. The payment is made by Affirm, then a customer makes equal monthly payments to Affirm for the duration of the loan. Payment options are subject to an eligibility check.

      Note: the virtual card can only be used to make a prepayment amount on EconomyBookings and cannot be used to pay the remaining amount at the car rental desk. Affirm payments are currently available for the U.S. customers only.

  • 5.4.
    사전 승인.
    신용 카드는 렌트 전에 최대 공제 금액까지 사전 승인을 받아야 합니다. 이를 위해 아메리칸 익스프레스, 마스터 카드, 비자와 같은 카드를 사용할 수 있습니다. 렌터카 업체는 사전 승인 시 비자 일렉트론(Visa Electron), 마에스트로(Maestro) 및 직불 카드를 허용하지 않습니다. 특정 신용 카드를 렌트카 서비스와 그에 대한 사전 승인에 사용할 수 있는지는 은행에 문의하시기 바랍니다.
  • 5.5.
    EconomyBookings 에서 제공한 바우처는 예약 및 결제 사실을 증명하는 것입니다. 예약이 취소되면 바우처는 무효가 됩니다. 렌터카 카운터에 도착하면 반드시 바우처를 제시해야 합니다. 바우처를 제출하지 않으면 귀하와 렌터카 업체 간에 새로운 계약을 체결하게 됩니다. 새로 예약하시는 경우 요금이 청구되며 EconomyBookings. 에서는 환불되지 않습니다. 인수 도중에 바우처가 제시되지 않은 경우, EconomyBookings은 과다 청구에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 5.6.
    모든 결제는 인수 국가의 현지 통화로 이루어져야 합니다. 견적 가격에는 신용 카드 회사에서 부과하는 환전 수수료가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
  • 5.7.
    EconomyBookings바우처에 명시된 렌트 기간을 연장하기로 결정한 경우, 렌터카를 인수한 후 현지 렌탈 요금에 따라 직접 렌터카 대행사에 지불해야 합니다.
가격
  • 6.1.
    일반 조항:
    • 6.1.1.
      EconomyBookings 은 본 예약 엔진으로 예약할 때 제시된 견적 가격이 모든 중요한 측면에서 정확함을 보장하기 위해 모든 노력을 기울이고 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EconomyBookings견적 가격에 분명하거나 명백한 오류가 있을 경우 예약 시의 견적 가격을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. EconomyBookings은 예약 시 견적 가격이 잘못된 경우 가능한 한 빨리 고객에게 알리려고 노력할 것입니다.
    • 6.1.2.
      예약 시의 가격에 변동이 있을 경우 고객은 수정된 가격을 지불하거나 결제한 모든 전액을 환불 받도록 선택할 수 있습니다.
    • 6.1.3.
      EconomyBookings고객이 선택한 통화로 가격을 표시하는 데 사용되는 환율은 자주 업데이트됩니다. 신용 카드에 사용되는 외국환 환율은 회사에 따라 다를 수 있습니다. EconomyBookings 은 사용된 환율로 인해 EconomyBookings에 표시된 가격과 신용 카드 회사가 부과한 금액이 불일치할 경우 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 6.2.
    어떤 경우에, 항상 그런 것은 아니지만 다음 사항이 가격에 포함될 수 있습니다.
    • 6.2.1.
      무제한 주행거리(별도 명시가 없는 경우), 예를 들어 km당 추가 결제.
    • 6.2.2.
      라이센스 및 수수료, 도로세, 부가가치세, 공항 수수료 및 24시간 장애 지원.
    • 6.2.3.
      보험.
      자차 충돌 면책제도(CDW) 및 절도 보험 자기부담금. CDW는 자차 피해 면책제도(LDW)라고도 합니다. 모든 차량에 보험이 적용되지는 않습니다. 렌터카 제공업체마다 보험 시스템이 다릅니다.
    • 6.2.4.
      Information regarding included and excluded from the rental rate is available on EconomyBookings under the Terms and Conditions section, “Your rental includes” and ”Your rental excludes”.
  • 6.3.
    가격에 포함되지 않은 것:
    • 6.3.1.
      추가 운전자.
      렌터카 업체마다 추가 운전자에 관한 자체 정책이 있습니다.
    • 6.3.2.
      추가 서비스 - 어린이 좌석, GPS, 루프 랙 등. 모든 추가 서비스는 요청 시 제공되며 차량 인수 시 렌터카 업체에 현지에서 지불할 수 있습니다. 모든 추가 서비스는 예약 시에 요청하셔야 합니다. EconomyBookings은 렌터카 제공업체에 의해 제공되지 않는 추가 서비스 요청에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
    • 6.3.3.
      One way fee – It's allowed to pick up a car at one location and to drop it off at another location. Additional one way fee may be taken in this case. And is payable on arrival only. Basically one way fee is not included in the rental price indicated during the reservation (i.e. one way fee is also not included in the rental price indicated on your voucher, please see more detailed information on one way policy and its cost in local Terms & Conditions of rental car provider).
운전자 요구 사항
  • 7.1.
    운전면허증.
    렌트가 이루어지는 국가에서 유효한 운전면허증을 만들어야 합니다. 운전면허증은 최소 12개월 전에 발급받아야 합니다. 일반 운전면허증 외에 국제 운전면허증이 필요할 수도 있습니다. 국제 운전면허증은 일반 운전면허증이 있을 경우에만 유효합니다.
  • 7.2.
    운전자의 연령.
    보통 운전자는 21세 이상 75세 이하여야 합니다. 렌터카 제공업체마다 연령 제한이 다릅니다.
  • 7.3.
    The customer must make sure that the driver’s age is within the provider’s specified age limit. EconomyBookings cannot be responsible if upon picking up the car, the customer does not meet the requirements of the car rental provider.
  • 7.4.
    Make sure the main driver`s name and last name are provided in the booking, as only the person who will be recognized as a main driver will be eligible to collect a vehicle.
  • 7.5.
    Each car rental provider has its own terms and conditions for renting a car. Nevertheless, the main conditions of the car rental provider regarding driver requirements, insurance, deposit, payments, fuel policy, etc. You can find this information on our website, under the photo of the chosen car in the Terms and Conditions section. Complete applicable terms and conditions of the car rental provider are available at pick up.
  • 7.6.
    위험 연령.
    젊은 운전자는 경험이 적어서 보험 청구를 할 가능성이 더 높은 경우가 많습니다. 이런 이유로, 젊은 운전자인 경우 렌트 차량 제공업체는 연령 미달 운전자 비용을 지불하도록 요청할 것입니다.
인수 및 반납
  • 8.1.
    항공편 정보.
    공항 마중 서비스를 받으려면EconomyBookings에 올바른 항공편 번호와 도착 시간을 제공하시는 것이 중요합니다. 온라인이나 전화로 하실 수 있습니다. 예약 시 해당 정보가 없을 경우, 늦어도 출발 7일 전까지 이메일 또는 전화로 알려주시기 바랍니다. EconomyBookings은 본 정보를 늦게 제공하거나 틀린 정보를 제공하여 렌트를 제공하지 못할 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다. 해당 정보를 제공하지 않을 경우,EconomyBookings의 책임도 줄어듭니다.
  • 8.2.
    인수 시 본국의 유효한 운전면허증, 유효한 여권 및 임차인(운전자) 명의의 유효한 신용 카드를 제시해야 합니다.
  • 8.3.
    EconomyBookings은 다음과 같은 상황에서 차량 렌트 회사가 고객에게 차량 제공을 거부하는 경우 결제 금액을 환불하지 않으며 책임을 지지 않습니다.
    • 8.3.1.
      예약부도
    • 8.3.2.
      예약 시간보다 늦은 경우
    • 8.3.3.
      미사용 일수
    • 8.3.4.
      현지에서 추가로 구매한 서비스.
    • 8.3.5.
      모든 필요한 서류, 운전면허증, 여권/신분증, 신용 카드를 제공하지 않았거나, 보증금을 충당하기에 충분한 자금이 신용 카드에 없을 경우.

      고객이 차량 렌트 회사에 의해 과거에 블랙리스트에 올라간 경우.
    • 8.3.7.
      고객이 알코올이나 약물의 영향을 받은 상태에서 렌터카 회사 데스크에 도착한 경우.
  • 8.4.
    EconomyBookings은 고객이 차량 렌탈 바우처에 명시된 차량 렌트 회사가 아닌 자신의 임의로 렌터카를 선택하는 경우, 차량 렌탈에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며 클레임/불만을 접수하지 않습니다.
  • 8.5.
    EconomyBookings is not responsible for any waiting time in case of later pickup time than is stated in the booking.
기타 조항
  • 9.1.
    주차 위반 딱지 및 교통 위반.
    계약 기간 중 발생한 주차 위반 및 기타 벌금 비용은 귀하가 부담해야 합니다. 렌터카 제공업체는 귀하의 신용 카드로 주차 위반 딱지 및/또는 교통 위반에 대한 비용을 청구합니다. 귀하는 또한 행정 수수료를 지불해야 합니다.
  • 9.2.
    고장 보험 적용.
    24시간 긴급 지원이 요금에 포함되어 있습니다. 고장 원인에 따라 렌터카 제공업체가 교체 차량을 제공하지 못할 수 있습니다.
  • 9.3.
    불만.
    모든 불만 및/또는 문제는 반납일로부터 30일 이내에 서면으로 접수해야 합니다. EconomyBookings은 이 기간 이외에 이루어진 불만을 처리할 수 없습니다. 귀하의 불만이 렌터카 제공업체에 관한 것이라면, EconomyBookings은 선택하실 수 있는 옵션을 알려 드리고 해당 조치에 관한 조언을 제공할 것입니다.
  • 9.4.
    모든 분쟁 및 불만 사항은 라트비아 공화국의 법률에 따라 해결합니다.
  • 9.5.
    연료비 정책은 국가마다 다를 수 있습니다.
    주요한 규칙은 렌탈 시 연료 탱크가 가득 차 있고 동일한 상태로 반환해야 한다는 것입니다(렌터카 업체의 현지 약관에 달리 명시된 경우 제외). 연료를 가득 채우지 않은 채 차를 반납하면, 렌트 종료 시 렌터카 회사가 정한 가격으로 누락된 연료에 대한 요금이 부과됩니다.
완전 보상 프로그램
  • 10.1.
    What is Full Coverage?
    • 10.1.1.

      Full Coverage covers bodywork, glass, tyres and other excess you have to pay, if your rental vehicle has been damaged.

      Full Coverage compensates the customer for the amount of the deductible/excess deducted by the car rental provider or charged by the insurance company in the event of damage or theft.

    • 10.1.2.

      The supplier’s Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) may be included in your rental price. CDW limits your liability for the car to the excess – the amount of money the car rental company will charge you in the event that the rental car is damaged. Such items as windscreen, locks, tyres, undercarriage and key are not covered by the CDW. If you are held responsible to pay the excess, you pay it to the rental company.

      Full Coverage does not replace a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). EconomyBookings shall not assume any responsibility if a CDW is not included in the rental price and the customer failed to provide valid proof of his/her own CDW as required by the car rental provider and mentioned in the confirmation voucher.

    • 10.1.3.
      If Full Coverage has been purchased along with the rental, it will cover all unexpected losses related to local car rental agreement.
  • 10.2.
    What is covered?
    • 10.2.1.
      Damage excess amount you pay if your rental vehicle is involved in an incident.
    • 10.2.2.
      Excess amount for car theft.
    • 10.2.3.
      Charges for damage to the rental vehicle mechanical components that are not covered by your car rental agreement including bodywork, roof, undercarriage, windscreen, windows, mirrors, locks, wheels tires, hubcaps, engine, clutch, battery.
    • 10.2.4.
      Towing costs related to damage.
    • 10.2.5.
      Costs incurred for replacement of a lost or stolen key for a rental vehicle.
    • 10.2.6.
      Processing fee (including admin fees charged by rental companies). Please note that when making a refund, the bank commission for an international payment is split between the customer and EconomyBookings.
  • 10.3.
    What is not covered?
    • 10.3.1.
      Any incident or damage caused by negligent acts such as drunk driving, misfuelling, driving off-road, breaking local laws or the rules of the road, and other situations when you weren’t sticking to the Terms & Conditions of car rental agreement.
    • 10.3.2.
      Extras/additional services (child seats, GPS, etc.).
    • 10.3.3.
      Personal valuables.
    • 10.3.4.
      Hotel costs or other out-of-pocket expenses.
    • 10.3.5.
      Cleaning costs or damage to the car’s interior or mechanical parts.
    • 10.3.6.
      Bank fees or any differences in currency exchange rates.
    • 10.3.7.
      Third-party damages.
    • 10.3.8.
      Car damage caused by natural disasters, acts of war and terror attacks.

    Policy limitations.
    Full Coverage requests must be reported to EconomyBookings no later than 7 days after the rental end. If you request coverage within 8-14 days after the rental end, a 30% late submission Service Fee of the confirmed refundable amount will be charged. If you request coverage later than 14 days after the rental end, a 60% late submission Service Fee of the confirmed refundable amount will be charged. Full Coverage reimburses damage and theft excess under your car rental agreement up to a maximum amount of 1 700 EUR*.

    *Or the same amount in local currency at the exchange rate.

  • 10.4.
    Full Coverage Cancellation
    • 10.4.1.
      To cancel your Full Coverage policy, please visit My Bookings section on our website or email us at reservations@bookinggroup.com, and we will cancel your policy.
    • 10.4.2.
      If you cancel your Full Coverage policy up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 18 EUR.
    • 10.4.3.
      If you want to cancel your Full Coverage policy less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time or after you’ve picked your car up, you won’t receive a refund.

    We may cancel your policy without refunding your payment if you’re threatening or using abusive behavior towards our employees, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect you of fraudulent activity.

    Please note that if you have purchased Full Coverage you still must leave the security deposit in full. The car rental company will block a deposit on your credit card as a guarantee on the rental car.

  • 11.1.
    취소 보호는 모든 취소 수수료를 면제해주며, 추가 요금 없이 예약을 취소할 수 있습니다.
  • 11.2.
    현재 취소 수수료는 다음과 같습니다.
    • 11.2.1.
      If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 60.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 60.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.
    • 11.2.2.
      If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 150.00 EUR*. If your prepayment is less than 150.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.
    • 11.2.3.
      If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will not receive a refund.
    • 11.2.4.
      No refund will be applied for unused rental days.
    • 11.2.5.
      렌트가 이미 시작된 경우 예약을 취소할 수 없습니다.

    You can cancel your booking in „My Bookings” section or by sending a cancellation email to reservations@bookinggroup.com.

  • 11.3.
    취소 보호의 유효 기간은 구매일에 시작해 픽업 1시간 전에 종료됩니다.
  • 11.4.
    The price of Cancel Protection is non-refundable, even if you did not use this option.
  • 11.5.
    취소 보호 옵션을 예약에 추가한 순간부터 24시간 이내에는 취소 보호 옵션을 취소할 수 있습니다.
  • 11.6.
    Cancel Protection option can only be added at the time of making the booking. It cannot be added after your booking was confirmed and you received the confirmation voucher.

Jurisdiction
The booking reservation, Terms and Conditions, and email communication, which is an integral part of the booking reservation, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The courts of general jurisdiction of the Republic of Latvia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the booking reservation.
