Why I have not received confirmation email yet?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, there could be a few reasons for this: Some bookings are confirmed immediately, while others are on-request. On-request bookings may take 24–48 hours to confirm as we check availability with local suppliers. The email may have gone to your spam or junk folder – please check there just in case. There might have been a typo in the email address you entered during the booking. The booking process may not have been fully completed or there may have been a technical issue. What are the age requirements for renting a car?

Most suppliers rent cars to drivers aged between 21 and 70. Drivers under 25 and over 70 will be charged a young driver and senior driver fee respectively.

What insurance does my rental include?

The standard car rental insurance policies are Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP). In most cases car rental company will include them in the price of the rental, however exceptions may apply. Standard policies normally exclude such details as windscreen, glass, wheels, tires, undercarriage, interior, personal possessions, as well as towing charges, off-road time and any additional equipment such as child seats and GPS devices. If Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Theft Protection (TP) are not included they can be purchased from the car rental company or provided by the customer's credit card company. If you want to find out whether your rental will include these options please check Terms and Conditions section of the car rental company you have selected. Please note that your cover will be invalidated by negligence, misfuelling or breaking the terms of the rental agreement (for example, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
