Service and vehicle were grea t. There was a crack in the windscreen which was not noticed until we were on our way. However, I called and reported it immediately and it was noted so staff were aware on drop off

We got to select the car we wanted at the airport, which I found weird (usually I thought it was assigned). The exact make and model was not available though. The staff member at check-in was extremely helpful. I also liked how all the charges were already paid, and I didnt have to add anything and there were no surprises.
Everything went smooth with my rental in Baltimore airport renting from Alamo. Even though we had to receive the car and the contract from the neighbor partner company "National", everything was very easy and clear with no additional charges and we received almost a brand new car!
They were very efficient, good communication, and listened very well. They were responsive to my requests. Excellent.
