Email support.
Communication with the car rental supplier in case of emergency.

Roadside Assistance applies in the following situations

Road accident involving a rental car.
Dead battery.
Flat Tire.
Unlocking a locked car.

Roadside Assistance Cancellation

To cancel your Roadside Assistance, please visit “My bookings” section on our website or email us at [email protected], and we will cancel your Roadside Assistance.

If you cancel Roadside Assistance less than 24 hours before pick-up or after you’ve picked your car up, you won’t receive a refund.

We are a broker agency (3rd party), we only provide you a wide choice of car rentals at great prices. Additional extras are added at the pick-up and there is an additional charge for it. You can ask the agent directly at the desk but we cannot satisfy your request because we do not sell such options, extras are provided by the rental agency and are payable at the desk.
