Why can't I cancel my booking less than 48 hours before pickup?

You may cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before pick-up. The booking will be refunded to your E-Wallet in the form of BookingCredit™. You may withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings. Cancellation and refund to the original payment method is not available if requested less than 48 hours before the pick-up. To get money to your E-Wallet, please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled.
