A modal window will appear, asking whether you want to keep the funds in your E-Wallet or have them refunded to your card. Select "Refund to card", and the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
