If you haven’t received a confirmation email, there could be a few reasons for this: Some bookings are confirmed immediately, while others are on-request. On-request bookings may take 24–48 hours to confirm as we check availability with local suppliers. The email may have gone to your spam or junk folder – please check there just in case. There might have been a typo in the email address you entered during the booking. The booking process may not have been fully completed or there may have been a technical issue. What do I need to rent a car?

To book your car, all you need is a credit or debit card. When you pick the car up, you'll need: Your passport and any other ID the car rental company needs to see.
