You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
