Excellent service extremely easy to use, friendly staff and car exactly as expected. Car hire companies don’t always have a great press - these guys were excellent and no hesitation recommending them

I had originally booked with Expedia, only to arrive in Vegas and find out they didnt have a car for me unless i wanted to wait 4 hours, and pay more money. So I cancelled with them and booked a regular convertible with economy booking. Upon the inspection of the car we noticed a hole in the grill! Turned out that was the last regular convertible, so I`m thinking, ""oh no, here we go again"". Instead, they were super apologetic, and upgraded me to a BMW Convertible 320i free of charge!!! They were super friendly, and accommodating in every way.

The convertible was a excellent choice. I received the Camaro instead of the Mustang.
