How do I withdraw funds from the E-Wallet to my original payment method?

Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The amount will be credited to your E-Wallet as BookingCredit™. To withdraw the funds to the original payment method, please follow the link in the cancellation confirmation email.

My travel plans have changed, how can I cancel my booking?

Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile.
