Very nice and helpful people, the car had a flat tire but they picked me up at the hotel as soon as it vas ready. It took 1,5 hours but they expanded the drop of time with the same.

Véhicule clean and full of gas at pickup at airport. At Miami Beach pickup Vehicle clean but only at 1/4 gas, so always check before leaving.
