After reading several reviews, I was skeptical going into this rental, but the prices were so much better that I took the chance. The car was great ( hard to find an automatic in Europe) and very comfortable. The car was big (and I knew this when I rented) which may have been why the rate was discounted? Hard to park and tight turns on the roads…especially Italian mountain roads! These staff was very helpful and accommodating at the airport. My experience was great!

Abbiamo filmato/fotografato il tutto prima di partire (come consigliato dall incaricato) riservandoci di evidenziarlo alla riconsegna. Non è stato un problema è non è stato necessario riprodurre il filmato poiché l addetto ha subito ammesso il contesto, scusandosi per il disagio e spiegandoci che le macchie risultavano per l appunto essere indelebili.
