The pick up was excellent(apart from no shuttle bus at airport arrivals)we had incorrectly booked for only for 4 days when we needed 7days , that was quickly and efficiently altered. On return on the 17th February the Asian gentleman ( Accuu?) was a fine ambassador for your company ,he quickly and efficiently took us through drop of procedure. Then took us to departure terminal( No shuttle bus again) That gentleman was a shining example of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
