our experience was brilliant. I was expecting far worse after reading online reviews however we couldn t fault it. The only issue was that they are in Tweed Heads, about 10 minutes away. This wasn t a problem, we got there in an Uber as we were not coming from the airport. The company drove us back to the airport when we returned the car so we could fly home. Fabulous service.

Great customer service at East Coast Rentals but would have been easier to book direct as got different car Toyota instead of Hyundai. Drop iff if keys not obvious at 2am in the morning. Had to leave keys on tyre.

It was a good price, the shuttle bus pick up was efficient and quick. Returning the car was more difficult as location near Gold Coast airport didn t come up on my Google maps. All round a good experience though. I would definitely use Bargain again. Felicity Australia
