If you haven’t received a confirmation email, there could be a few reasons for this: Some bookings are confirmed immediately, while others are on-request. On-request bookings may take 24–48 hours to confirm as we check availability with local suppliers. The email may have gone to your spam or junk folder – please check there just in case. What do I need to rent a car?

To book your car, all you need is a credit or debit card. When you pick the car up, you'll need: Your passport and any other ID the car rental company needs to see. What are the age requirements for renting a car?

Standard policies normally exclude such details as windscreen, glass, wheels, tires, undercarriage, interior, personal possessions, as well as towing charges, off-road time and any additional equipment such as child seats and GPS devices.
