Initially, we got the wrong car. The same day, the correct car was delivered to us at our resort. Understandable mix-up, but superior customer service.

Royal Rentals were great. I had booked too small a car for our luggage so I swapped it for a larger hybrid car which was excellent. They made it super easy to change the car and were incredibly helpful about everything. When I returned the car Manos even then drove my daughter and I over to the terminal entrance and dropped us there to make it easier for us to manage our luggage.

Easy process, meet at the Airport, by a representative and then picked up and taken to the Alamo office all in good time. Well trained and professional staff. Car was clean and in good condition. Returning the car was even a quicker and easier process. Good work team
