Car ran great for over 2 weeks. My only complaint was that the INSIDE windshield was terribly streaked and smeared…I had to stop at a gas station just to clean it myself.

I am a Alamo preferred customer and Economy Bookings delivers not only a better rate but a easier experience in the rental of my vehicle. I was actually surprised that I received a better price and service from them over my regular rental company of which I have been using for over 20 years. I took the opportunity to advise others in my travel group and I shared the web page with other vacationers in the condo complex that I own a unit in. Many of my neighbours have cars in Hawaii and they sit for about 10 months a year. Many of my neighbours will be selling their cars and booking rentals with the assistance of Economy as it is more cost effective and they don t have to put a car into storage. I will use Economy next December when I leave for Hawaii for my new go to rental provider.

Your booking service and staff are excellent. What happens at the car rental company is beyond your control. We did have to exchange the original car and Thrifty was very accomodating.

Tiny rental office had to wait outside in the heat (fresh off plane in clothes suitable for the cold weather I came from) that was the only downside. The office was air conditioned, the only two staff were quick and efficiently helping the 30 people w/ families waiting to rent cars all at the same time we were there. The staff were super friendly and did a great job. Our Nissan Altima had the best air conditioner ever! Clean inside, but dirty outside, however I noticed even when our car was parked in the parking garage, the windshield was dirty every morning. I think that’s just how Hawaii is on cars. My booking was an amazing price and overall an amazing rental. Thanks Economy Bookings and Thrifty!
