Everything went smoothly from the moment I stepped into the rental office. The personnel even accepted me a debit card after for unknown reason the pin from credit card was blocked. I appreciate this a lot because it helped me with this situation.

You can feel safe and protected wit. I had a small accident with the car , the company representative was very nice and helping, explained what I should do and calmed me. Still don’t know if the full protection coverage will be applied is they promise , waiting hopefully.

I have to say that this company has exceeded my expectations! Oscar was a great help in getting the vehicle, we got an upgrade free of charge, the vehicle was outstanding! We drove almost 3K miles and the Toyota Hilux was incredible we had no issues. I highly recommend Saav to anyone traveling to South America or anywhere they have service.
