      My travel plans have changed, how can I cancel my booking?
      If you are thinking about canceling your booking completely because of a flight change or any other reason, we advise instead to reschedule your booking’s dates, time, or location. To do this, you will need to cancel your current booking in your User Profile and make a new one. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. Use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.

      I forgot to take my driving license/credit card with me, am I eligible for a refund?
      With all due respect, if you have failed to provide the following documentation: valid driving license; valid ID or passport (if necessary); a credit card under the main driver's name with enough available funds; international driving permit (if necessary); or any other necessary document mentioned in your rental conditions you will not be able to get a refund.

      What is your cancellation and refund policy?
      The Renter can cancel the booking and get a credit that can be used towards future bookings on (hereinafter BookingCredit™) up to 48 hours before the initial pick-up time, through the My Booking section of the website or in Account, of the website, if user is registered. No refund will be provided if a cancellation is requested after the initially scheduled pick-up time. Reservations made within 48 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable. If a cancellation request is directed to the car rental provider rather than the Company, this Cancellation and Refund Policy will not be applicable. Renters can check their available BookingCredit™ by visiting the website's My Booking section or in Account, if the user is registered, and utilizing their original booking number and email address. Depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation, the Company might offer additional BookingCredit™ on top of the original amount paid for the canceled booking. Online booking cancellation is available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process.

      How do I withdraw funds from my E-Wallet?
      Terms and Conditions for Withdrawal from Customer E-Wallet 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the withdrawal of Booking Credit™ from your customer e-wallet ("E-Wallet") with [] ("Company"). By using the E-Wallet and requesting a withdrawal, you agree to abide by these Terms. 2. Eligibility for Withdrawal You may request a withdrawal from your E-Wallet under the following conditions: You have canceled a booking with the Company. Your booking was canceled within the last six (6) months. The Booking Credit™ associated with the canceled booking is still valid, as described below. 3. Booking Credit Validity The Booking Credit™, which represents the funds in your E-Wallet, will remain valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance to the Renter. After this two-year period, the Booking Credit™ will expire and become non-refundable. 4. Refund Option If you prefer a refund of your Booking Credit™ instead of using it for future bookings, you may request a refund. Please note that a minimal fee of sixty (60) euros will be charged as the Resource Subscription Fee for processing the refund. 5. Requesting a Withdrawal To request a withdrawal from your E-Wallet, please follow the instructions provided on our website or contact our customer support team for assistance. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility for withdrawal based on the terms outlined in Section 2. 6.
