How do I get money to my E-Wallet?
To get money to your E-Wallet, please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile:
- Please go to EconomyBookings.com and make sure to register your account. Sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it.
- When you Sign in please find the Bookings section.
- You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings. Click on the green button "Overview".
- Scroll down to find the button "CANCEL" - continue with cancellation.
- Click on Cancel & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid.
- You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled.
- You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.
