The representative was very professional and friendly. Took me over an hour to get to the rep once I stood in line. That wasn’t good. Returning the car was very simple. Overall I was happy.

A good experience in Lihue It was one hour and 30 minutes in Honolulu. Long lines and when we got the contract another 30 minutes to have a car. We should not have to wait to get a car.
