We had a great experience renting a budget car at Ben Gurion. Do be warned though--if you are opting out of extra insurance with your credit card provider, you need to bring a copy of this agreement (or a letter) with you. The staff at the counter was nice enough to let us email that later, but I wish I had known that beforehand.

An IT Problem delayed the check-in process, but the staff was extremely kind and offered an upgrade.

This rental office is amazing. They are on top of there game. Very professional. Pickup from the terminal was quick, drop off was even quicker. I got to meet Mrs. Tzur Naomi she manages that branch and understood very quickly why the place runs like a well tuned machine. Thank you for excellent service. Please keep it up and we will continue coming back.
