Everything went like clock-work. The Thrifty shuttle driver, Dana, was excellent with so many helpful hints including return information and overall a pleasant guy. The desk attendant, Kay, was very nice too and quick. We needed maybe a little more explanation on how the toll transmitter worked but we figured it out.

Was expecting a smaller car like Jetta, but got a nice Nissan Altima car. Glad to have this car, which was very comfortable.

From start to finish, I had a good experience. There were no hidden charges, the staff was courteous and well-informed. When we returned the car, the staff quickly looked over the car and we got on a shuttle to the airport. The best part of this story is that the rental staff called me on July 4, informing me that I had left a phone in the car and gave me instructions on how to have the phone returned to me. The company deserved bonus points for that!

Car was clean but there were no cars available with safety features like lane change cameras - did have back up camera - but not the safety features which is not an option to request. Was told it is only available on the newest cars in the fleet.

The staff was very friendly,helpful and professional.They made what can sometimes be a stressful experience into a delightful ,stress free and enjoyable experienceMy customer service representative was very infomative and explained all my options in a calm,friendly and understanding fashion,all with a SMILE! She even helped me with directions to my destination1 Definitely above and beyond. I believe her name was Andrea and i would sincerely like to thank her for her efforts so i hope she receives the recognition she deservesGreat Service! Great Price! Great Vehicle! THANKS!.
