The staff at pick up were awesome, great attitude and displayed a passion for customer service. A rare experience laterly.

I opted for the VW Polo as I we were only two to drive in the car, and got a sporty Audi with GPS, which I didn t order, and that was a very useful device navigating through the Cambridge area.

A very positive experience all round. I hadn t realised that the office was closed on Sunday, but it was easy to drop off the keys in the drop off box
