My EconomyBooking said my fuel policy was Full to Full. However I was contacted by Europcar Jersey the day before I arrived informing me that I had to pay for half a tank of fuel and I also had to pay for full insurance. There was no other option. I was forced to pay nearly £30 extra that was not in the confirmation from EconomyBooking. I am very disappointed.

Excellent from start to finish. Small queue when arriving to get the hire car. Customer service excellent and communication brilliant explaining how and where I collect the car and then where to drop off on return.

Very helpful last hire of the day and then the flight from Southampton was delayed by a couple of hours. I contact economy and they arranged a system to collect the car what ever time we arrived.
