The pick up was excellent. Our host was very pleasant and helpful ... spent time explaining the terms and conditions etc. to us ... and participated in the visual inspection before we accepted the vehicle. Additionally, we gratefully accepted a hybrid vehicle ... a very helpful gesture during the fuel crisis ... we appreciated the thoughtfulness. The handover on our return was brief and punctual. Please thank to two ladies who serviced us.
