I was concerned in the lead-up to my rental because I d booked it many months ago through an agency, not the rental car company. In the end, I received the promised voucher within the promised timeframe and when I got to the desk to pick up, all was well and I was on my way within a short time. Overall, extremely satisfied and look forward to another mutually beneficial outcome next time we re in NZ. Thanks to all involved - great job!

Ace Car Rentals we found online up be the MOST affordable for an 8-day period with one- way rental, dropping off at CHC Airport. The car was a late model in good condition and low mileage. We were more than satisfied with the professional service we received from Ace and their staff.

Staff at both locations were polite, friendly and so helpful! Just an FYI... Who I was with only had two responses...I was in fact with a friend from Canada.
