Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. A modal window will appear, asking whether you want to keep the funds in your E-Wallet or have them refunded to your card. Select "Refund to card", and the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings. Click on the green button "Overview". Scroll down to find the button "CANCEL" - continue with cancellation. Click on Cancel & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
