They reached out to me a couple of days in advance to instruct me where to find the car and how to reach out before pickup and drop off, clearly communicated and the process was quick and easy.

Je recommande cette agence à 100%. Nous avons loué la voiture à Séoul. Le personnel du bureau était très accueillant et nous a très bien conseillé. Nous avons malheureusement eu un accident durant notre séjour à l autre bout du pays. N étant pas en faute et ayant pris l assurance. Nous n avons eu aucun frais. Nous avons pu contacter l agence directement via WhatsApp et en 2h un expers était passé sur les lieux de l accident et nous avions une nouvelle voiture de location. Les 2 voitures étaient toute option, très bien entretenu et très confortable.

Top notch service and car. Car was new, clean and did not smell of cigarettes. We were met in person for each pickup and drop off, and the car was brought to the closest door. Very easy to work with as we had some difficulty getting a HiPass but the company worked with us to allow us to use theirs. Communication was clear and quick. Directions included pictures and details. A+
