Nous avons été très bien guidés et bien servis tant à Copenhague qu à Sonderborg. Mention toute spéciale pour Henrich du bureau à Sonderborg qui a eu l amabilité de nous déposer à la gare située plus loin que nous l avions imaginez de chez Avis. Charmant Monsieur, gentil et courtoisie qui a pris sous son aile deux Québécois sexagénaire chargés de bagages!! Merci Henrich. Ce sont des gens comme vous qui nous confortent avec le genre humain.

The staff person at the desk was very nice and helpful. The car was parked a long way from the pick up desk so he went out in the dark ,wet weather and picked it up for me. Service minded and helpful young man!!

Been using Europcar for a while due to their friendly staff. Nothing ever seem to be a issue and always helpful. I do assume it also matters how you approach them. Be kind and turn up with a great attitude only good can then happen.
