reception staff were pushing extra insurance purchase very hard. Car had a very strong smell of coffee and there were food crumbs in the back.

Car operatives at airport very friendly, we even changed the car after seeing the proposed model (Jogger) to a more driveable model (Audi A3) and they were very accommodating.
