The car was suitable for what we needed it for. It was very economical which was good. The return for the vehicle went very well and no issues with damages which is always a worry when handing vehicles back.

For over 30 years I have rented cars from Pisa airport and have never had such helpfully and courteous staff as i have with easy car hire. The car booked was the one i was given, it was clean and overall fantastic.

Booked a car through SurPrice/AutoOne. The weekly rate was very cheap, and some of the reviews posted by customers (mostly for other locations and NOT Pisa Airport) were very negative, so had some concerns about this overall. My experience however was excellent - efficient processing on pickup, and easy return. I pointed out that I had caused a small scrape on the front wheel trim (best to be honest!) and this was classed as minor and no charge was made. On my experience therefore I can recommend Pisa Airport facility for SurPrice/AutoOne - good service and excellent prices.
