Very easy to find desk inside terminal building. Very friendly and efficient staff (not the usual surly, curt jobsworths). Car park is directly outside the exit of the terminal building and staff member showed us round the car encouraging us to take photos. Drop off was similarly very easy. Met by staff member who checked the car straight away and helped us to the terminal building. Truly excellent service!
