I booked a wagon as we where a goupe of 4 adults and 1 infant all with suitcases and was first offered a Audi A6 Sedan, which I refused due to lack of pace. I quickly was upgraded to a Skoda SUV.

In winter the car has to be only with winter tires, especially if the trip to Zakopane.

Szybko i latwo, pomocna obsluga. Jedyny minus taki, ze prosilam o hybryde, a dostalam zwykly samochod. No i nie bylo plynu do spryskiwaczy. Ale poza tym wszystko super.

the staff were extremity helpful an spoke very good English, everything was explained in great detail and the whole transition was very smooth. i would defiantly use again, now we are even looking to buy a Renault Arkana as we loved it so much
