Didn’t get the car I chose, but they gave me an upgrade which I was very happy with. And the handover was quick and easy. Very helpful member of staff. I was very happy with the hole service and the car. Happy days

The young man at the desk did a fine job although he delivered the bad news about having to rebook my car since I didn’t have an internal drivers license; which he said was too late for me to get. However, the next day I was able to get an IDL within 15 minutes via an online service. So the IDL is nothing but another “tax”.
