Excellent experience from start to finish. We had some initial concerns as the actual rental information wasn t emailed until a couple of days prior, but we were very pleasantly surprised that everything was exactly as planned and the Alamo staff at both ends were exceedingly good. We would absolutely use this service every time we are booking in the region. Location staff were able to easily add an additional driver for a fee, despite the age of 70 years old.
