We arrived at the airport and decided to check and see if we could pick up the rental early, much to our surprise, we were able to. The staff member we spoke to was terrific, we were even upgraded to another vehicle for no charge and didn’t get charged for the extra half day!

The staff by the name of Maria at hertz s Victoria airport was amazing in the way of greeting you and was the same one when I returned the car and she even remembered my first name after seven days of seeing each other.

The folks at the desk were training a new person so things were a little slower, but they were very professional and it didn’t really slow things down much. No issues with the pickup or drop off. We got in earlier than expected (2hours) so the car we were supposed to get wasn’t ready. We paid for the additional 2 hours and got an upgraded car so it worked out very well.
