Honestly I am mind blown in the difference of cost it is with economy booking compared to my insurance booking, and I am definitely going to become a regular customer/client renting through economy booking ! Was super easy and simple. Especially as a 24 year old this helps so much!

Strange drop off procedure. You went back to counter to drop keys. Nobody checked gas level or anything. Things were fine but a bit confusing, there was no directions for return.

The overall experience was great. The service rep, Brandon, at the Thrifty counter was excellent. He got me in and out in under 10 mins, provided me with an upgrade, explained everything but did not rush. Everything just flowed so smoothly. Will definitely use EconomyBookings again.
